What's New?
She left Toronto at the end of February to embark on a tour consisting of tales from her new blog: "Sing, Pray, Ski". She toured towns like Revelstoke, Golden, Invermere, Field, Nelson, and whatever came in between. She reconnected with old pals from music school who accompanied her at various venues, and penned a few new tunes whilst riding various chairlifts. Oh yes...and she skied. A lot. For tales from the road, please visit her blog.
She headed back to Ontario at the beginning of April and is playing shows in Toronto and Midland this spring as she prepares record her second album this summer. The plan is to record another mantra CD and collaborate with Evan Ritchie of the Toronto Tabla ensemble, as well as India (now Bramton's) Ram Vakkalanka, an amazing sitar player who performs worldwide. She will also begin recording the music that will accompany her memoir, tentatively titled, "Masala Memories", about her musical and spiritual journey in India last year, and all over the world over many years.
